Governing Rules for AdsDoom Publishers

1. Account Approval & Maintenance

All affiliate applications are subject to manual review by ADSDOOM MEDIA LLC. You must provide accurate contact information and be prepared to verify your traffic sources. Accounts inactive for more than 180 days may be temporarily suspended to protect network integrity.

2. Prohibited Traffic Sources

Generating conversions through any of the following methods will result in a permanent ban and the reversal of all generated commissions:

  • Incentivized Traffic: Unless an offer explicitly states "Incent Allowed", you may not offer cash, points, rewards, or virtual currency in exchange for actions.
  • Fraud & Bots: Use of scripts, automated software, VPNs, proxies, or emulators to generate fake clicks or leads.
  • Spam: Sending unsolicited commercial email (UCE) or SMS in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act or local jurisdictions.
  • Misleading Creatives: Using deceptive copy or unauthorized brand logos to mislead users into completing an action.

3. Payment Schedule & Holds

Invoices are generated automatically. If advertiser chargebacks, high refund rates, or low lead quality (KPI failure) occur, ADSDOOM MEDIA LLC reserves the right to place a temporary hold on payments for up to 30 days to investigate traffic quality. Advertisers have the final say on the validity of generated leads.

4. Smartlink Usage

When utilizing AdsDoom Smartlinks, traffic will be dynamically redirected. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that the traffic source permits the general vertical (e.g., adult dating, sweepstakes). ADSDOOM MEDIA LLC is not responsible for affiliate accounts banned on third-party traffic networks due to Smartlink redirects.
