Welcome to ADSDOOM MEDIA LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the AdsDoom network, website, and services. By registering an account, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2.1 Campaign Approval: All advertising campaigns, creatives, and landing pages must be submitted for approval. ADSDOOM MEDIA LLC reserves the right to reject any campaign that violates our content policies (e.g., illegal content, malware, extreme violence).
2.2 Funding & Payments: Advertisers must pre-fund their accounts or maintain an approved credit line. All deposits are non-refundable unless a campaign is terminated by ADSDOOM MEDIA LLC without cause prior to the exhaustion of funds.
2.3 Tracking & Reporting: Advertisers agree to rely on AdsDoom's tracking system for billing purposes unless a third-party server-to-server (S2S) discrepancy threshold is explicitly negotiated in writing.
3.1 Traffic Quality: Affiliates must strictly provide legitimate, human traffic. The use of bots, proxy traffic, unauthorized incentivized traffic, or cookie-stuffing is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all pending commissions.
3.2 Offer Restrictions: Affiliates must adhere to the specific restrictions of each offer (GEOs, device types, traffic sources). Violating offer instructions may result in reversed commissions.
3.3 Payments: Standard payments are issued on a Net-30 basis. Approved high-volume affiliates may be moved to Net-15 or Weekly terms. The minimum payout threshold is $100.
ADSDOOM MEDIA LLC provides the network "as is" and without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our tracking software, smartlinks, or affiliate offers.
